LUKE 17:21 --"The Kingdom of God is within you."

Most of the body of Christ believes that the kingdom of God is straight up, out in outer space, or maybe in the future. What does it mean that the Kingdom of God is within me? Is it personal? Could it mean that the true nature and reality of the Kingdom of God is already in me? Have I taken the time to ponder and think about it? How would the Kingdom appear to me in my mind? In John 3:5, Jesus tells Nicodemus that "unless a man be born again, he can not see the Kingdom of God." Therefore, another benefit of salvation is that I can see the Kingdom of God. He also goes on to tell Nicodemus, that it is also possible to enter the Kingdom by being born of water and the Spirit. If these conditions are true, then at what point do I enter? Upon my death, upon the Rapture, or can I enter the Kingdom now? The Lord has placed infinity in the heart of man. Is the endlessness of God actually in me? Is there something in me that goes on forever and ever? I happily admit that since I met Jesus, there has been an internal change in me that is creating external changes as well. The weight of sin has been removed. My separation from God has ended and I am reconciled to Him. I have been filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost. I am no longer condemned. The promise to me is that I will never perish and that I have been given eternal life. In Romans 14:17, we are told that the Kingdom of God is righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. He has made me the righteousness of God in Christ! Yes, He gives me peace and keeps me in perfect peace when my mind is stayed on Christ! And the joy of the Lord is my strength! Yes, the Kingdom, the domain of the King, is truly within me. He is the Lord of my life, my King. And where the King is, there is the Kingdom.
