Reverend Steven Chittum is the founder and President of Frontline Ministries International, Inc. He has been the Pastor of three congregations and has a Masters Degree in Biblical Theology and Pastoral Ministry from Beacon University. He is also the Chancellor of the Frontline Institute of Ministry where he teaches, develops, mentors, equips and trains ministers for leadership in the Kingdom of God.

     Brother Chittum has been involved in all aspects of ministry. In addition to preaching the Gospel and personally touching many lives as a preacher, pastor, and evangelist, he has also helped many different churches and ministry organizations in the areas of leadership development, organizational alignment, church growth, outreach ministry and strategic planning, as well as providing incorporation and 501(c)(3) tax exempt services. 

     Brother Chittum is a mentor, coach, and friend to many church pastors and ministry leaders all over the United States. He is the overseer of numerous and diverse affiliated ministries. He has extensive experience in personnel and organizational leadership, gained by twenty-five years of service in the U.S. Army and in private business as President & CEO of a successful business improvement and management consulting company. He has trained thousands of business employees, supervisors, and managers and is sought out as an organizational trouble-shooter and problem solver. These skills were only preparatrion for the fulfillment of the call of God on his life.

     Brother Chittum believes in people helping people as a reality of functional Christianity. He believes the Lord has called him to assist men and women of God to discover their callings and to be set in ministry to accomplish their purpose. Rev. Chittum knows that there is so much more to life and much more work that needs to be done. He has been assigned to "help train leaders to lead churches to empower people!"
