FMIA is a coalition of Christian Minister's that recognize the need for covenant partnering, kingdom focus, and shared vision. We need connection with each other; we need relationship with each other; we need networking with each other.
FMIA is committed to operating in alinement with the spiritual leadership principles set forth in the Bible. Our goal is to build a covenant relationship among ministers and ministries that will establish spiritual leadership. Our aim is to become a birthing ground that cultivates potential, fulfills destiny and releases power. The Bible is a study in leadership -- mostly failed leadership, until the time of Jesus Christ. Jesus came to show us the right path of leadership -- to serve others in love.
